INTERIOR-

  1. Prepare the walls well before painting (May include: getting the dust bunnies, puttying any holes, caulking, killing mildew, roughing up the surface, matching the texture, using primer)
  2. Protection of furnishings- (Our professionals are extremely careful with the furnishings and furniture inside your home or business. Plastic drop cloths will be used to protect them from paint spills.)
  3. The Guy’s work areas are always clean and organized. That makes for a safer work space.
  4. We carefully protect all the areas that won’t require painting (Hallways, or anywhere we may be walking.)
  5. Daily cleanup (This minimizes any inconvenience to occupants.)
  6. We use only top quality paints to ensure a rich, long-lasting look.

EXTERIOR-

  1. Thoroughly prepare surface prior to painting (May include: pressure washing, scraping loose or flaking paint, puttying holes, caulking, and priming, etc.)
  2. Rolling and backrolling or spraying new coat of quality paint (When the paint surface is rough, backrolling will ensure complete coverage.)
  3. We remove all trash that accumulates on the worksite. (We don’t leave behind a mess for you to clean up.)
  4. Protect all shrubs, walkways, vehicles, etc. outside of the home or business (They’ll be draped with plastic or paint tarps to keep them paint-free)
